6 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Banana Bread 🍌🍞🍫
✨ Flourless
✨ Gluten-Free
✨ Low Sugar
✨ Super Fluffy (if you blend it)
Recipe:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Brown Bananas
- 1 cup of barneybutter Smooth Almond Butter
- 2 tsp Coconut Sugar or whatever sweetener you have on hand
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Blend everything together except for the Chocolate Chips
- Once blended, add in the Chocolate Chips
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins
- For the last 2 mins of baking, add a couple more Chocolate Chips on top
