Ingredients:
- 1 avocado, ½ sliced thin, for garnish
- 2 green tomatoes, 1 small dice, for garnish
- .5 ea. English Cucumber, ½ small dice, for garnish
- 1 green bell pepper, seeds removed, ½ small dice for garnish
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed, ½ sliced thin for garnish
- 1 rib celery, ½ small dice for garnish
- 1 oz rice wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1 tablespoon Spiceology Mango Tango Salt-Free Seasoning
- 1 oz. Chili Margarita Olive Oil, 1 tsp. rub. 1 oz. olive oil
Instructions:
- Place avocado in blender.
- Add green tomato to blender.
- Add cucumber to blender
- Add bell pepper to blender.
- Add jalapeno to blender.
- Add celery to blender.
- Add rice vinegar to blender.
- Add garlic to blender and puree all ingredients.
- Season with 1 tablespoon Mango Tango Seasoning.
- Garnish with Knife Cuts.
