Mango Puree
- 10oz / 3 cups mango
- 1/4 cup sugar
- juice of half lime
Watermelon Puree
- 10 oz / 3 cups seedless watermelon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Spiceology Mango Tango Salt Free Seasoning
- juice of half a lime
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in mango puree together.
- Blend all ingredients in watermelon puree together.
- Fill up your mold by one third with mango. Then pour in a third of the way with watermelon, then top it off with mango.
- Freeze overnight.
- Dip molds in hot water so the paletas come out easy then serve immediately or bag up for later.
